Rick has been a friend of mine for several years so I knew he would do a great job. In fact he made a complicated task very easy - I was in the market for a condo and I was using a VA loan (not always so easy) and he was able to negotiate the price I wanted and then get the condo on the VA approved list in record time. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and hard working agent look no further.
